ATU LLC ("ATU," "we," "us," or "our"), a Connecticut limited liability company, operates this website and curates premium events. These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, purchase of tickets, and attendance at our events.

By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Event Terms
Age Requirement
All events curated by Approach the Unicorn are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
Dress Code
We encourage sophisticated and extravagant attire. ATU reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet our dress standards.
Encouraged:
- Cocktail attire
- Evening gowns
- Suits and ties
- Bold fashion statements
Not Allowed:
- Athletic wear
- Flip flops
- Torn clothing
Entry and Re-Entry
No re-entry is permitted once you leave the event venue. Please plan accordingly.
Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. ATU reserves the right to remove any guest who:
- Engages in disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
- Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances
- Violates venue rules or local laws
- Harasses other guests or staff
No refunds will be provided for guests removed for misconduct.
Ticket Purchase Terms
All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as required by law or in the event of event cancellation by the organizer. See our Refund Policy for details.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual. The ticket holder (original purchaser or transferor) must provide valid government-issued ID matching the name on the ticket for entry. To transfer a ticket, contact us at rsvp@apptheunicorn.com at least 48 hours before the event with the transferor's full name and email address.
Pricing
Ticket prices are subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Tiered pricing may apply, with prices increasing as event date approaches or capacity fills.
Complimentary Food & Beverages
Food and beverages are provided complimentarily to all ticket holders. The consideration paid for your ticket is expressly for entertainment and event access, not for food or beverage service.
ATU is not responsible for food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please inform staff of any allergies upon arrival.
Photo and Video Consent
Photos and videos may be taken at ATU events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image and likeness being captured and used across our platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials, in any and all media and by any and all technologies and means of delivery whether now or hereafter known or devised, without further consent from or any royalty, payment, or other compensation to you.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival.
Health & Safety Warnings
Strobe Lights & Effects
Events curated by ATU may include flashing lights and strobe effects, which may affect individuals with photosensitive conditions. Attend at your own risk.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcoholic beverages are served at our events. Please drink responsibly. ATU is not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATU LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Actions of third parties (including other guests)
By purchasing a ticket and attending, you assume all risks associated with event attendance.
Event Cancellation or Modification
ATU reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue issues, or public health emergencies.
In the event of cancellation by ATU, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event. ATU is not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred (travel, lodging, etc.).
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Approach the Unicorn LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Approach the Unicorn logo and all related design elements are proprietary marks of ATU LLC. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of our logo without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The location and venue shall be in the State or Federal court located in the State of Connecticut.
